Utku Demirsoy, 1993 Ankara doğumlu reklam fotoğrafçısı.
Utku Demirsoy, 15 Aralık 1993'te Ankara Bahçelievler'de dünyaya geldi. Ankara Cumhuriyet Lisesi mezunu. Karaklem resim ve fotoğrafçılık üzerine dersler aldı. Bu alanlarda çeşitli çalışmalar yaptı. 2011 yılında "Mimikler" isimli fotoğraf serisi içerisinde Armağan Çağlayan, Cem Özer gibi bir çok ünlü ismi fotoğrafladı.
2012 yılında babasının kansere yakalanmasının ardından "Kanser'e Karşı Yalnız Değilsin!" isimli bir fotoğraf sergisi hazırladı. Serginin amacı kanser hastalarına moral vermek ve hastalığa yakalanmamış bireyleri bilinçlendirmekti. Sergi için Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Süleyman Demirel, Ayşen Gruda, Cem Adrian, Zakkum, Can Bonomo gibi yaklaşık 40 ünlü isim poz verdi. İlk sergi 29 Mayıs 2012 tarihinde Ankara Çağdaş Sanatlar Merkezinde sergilendi. 03 Haziran 2012 tarihinde ise babasını kanserden kaybetti. Aynı sergi daha sonra Kapadokya'da da sergilendi.
Kurgusal fotoğraflar konusunda her geçen gün kendisini geliştirmektedir.
